It is very simple. You just have to fill out the form on our website or call us by phone and we will send you a quote. Once you accept it and based on availability on the chosen dates, we will proceed to fix the reservation.

There is no specific number of days. The possibility of reservation depends on the season and therefore on the availability of the bus. Of course, the sooner you do it the better!

Requesting a quote is completely free and does not imply booking a bus.

To cancel a service already contracted, you must do so in writing by sending us an email. Please, check the cancellation conditions reflected in the Budget document. If you have any questions, you can contact us at any time.

You have to differentiate the hours of driving with the hours of availability. The driving hours are those that the driver spends behind the wheel (which is a maximum of 9 hours a day), and the hours of availability are those that include both driving and rest or waiting times (up to a maximum of 10:30 hours).

The maximum uninterrupted driving time is 4:30 hours. Afterwards, you must take a 45-minute break or two 15 and 30 minute breaks, respectively, interspersed in the driving period of 4:30 a.m. Between the shift, the driver must rest for 11 consecutive hours. Rest time after 6 days of continuous work is 45 hours uninterrupted or at least 24 hours (reduced rest) if circumstances allow.

Our entire fleet has a seat belt. Its use is mandatory throughout the journey for both the driver and passengers according to Royal Decree 445/2006.
