Yajo Bus SL. was established in 2004, joining the Peñate Family group of companies, which has extensive experience in the Public Passenger Transport sector since the 1960s, being one of the pioneers in Transport in the Canary Islands.

Within our continuous effort to improve, we are proud to say that we have recently obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certificate after passing the corresponding audit carried out by OCA Global (Certification Entity accredited by ENAC).

One of the commitments included in this certification is to continuously improve communication with our external collaborators, both suppliers and subcontractors. For this reason, we proceed to communicate publicly -for greater guarantee of our clients and users- the follow-up that we carry out with these collaborators.

When any supplier or subcontractor fails to comply with our quality standards (especially in what affects our customers and users) it becomes disapproved and, therefore, we stop purchasing their products or services.

Likewise, and at least annually, a complete evaluation of our external collaborators is carried out to guarantee continuous compliance with the quality and service requirements of YajoBus .

We are pleased to be able to say that we have a very valid group of collaborators, with whom we are very happy and with whom we hope to continue maintaining a beneficial, fluid professional relationship based on mutual trust and shared commitment to continuous improvement.
